1. Smelting. The electrolytic copper with a purity of more than 99.9% is put into the melting furnace for 

high-temperature melting, and pre-furnace analysis, spectral analysis and chemical analysis are carried out 

to ensure that the chemical composition of the raw materials for high-precision red copper plates reaches 

the national standard.

2. Production of ingots. The semi-continuous casting process is used to form the ingot.

3. Hot rolling is carried out. At this moment, the billet is not cooled after heating, the surface is rough, the 

internal structure is loose, and the state is soft. After each rolling, the surface must be milled to prevent 

impurities from entering the material during processing. The formation of products with pores or peeling 

occurs.

4. Annealing. After hot rolling, the raw material is annealed, and then hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, 

pickling and other processes are carried out. Through repeated processing, and then rolling, the severity 

of the processing force determines the condition value of the copper sheet, and finally By finish rolling, 

the desired thickness is achieved.

5. Leveling treatment. Make the surface of the copper plate flat without waves.
